- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Videographer reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in equipment availability, crew rates, or location access fees within Australia Sydney.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to $10,945.00 (incl. GST), is due within five (5) business days of written acceptance to secure the filming dates. The remaining balance is payable within fourteen (14) days of final video delivery.
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by Sydney Lens Studios Pty Ltd. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Australian tax legislation and will include the company ABN.
- The Videographer will provide a detailed shot list and production schedule no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the first filming day. The client is responsible for securing all location permits, building access, and any required approvals from property managers in Australia Sydney.
- Weather-dependent outdoor or drone filming in Australia Sydney may be rescheduled at no additional cost if conditions are unsuitable. Rescheduling must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- Full ownership of the final edited video files transfers to the client upon receipt of the final payment. The Videographer retains the right to include a short excerpt (no longer than 15 seconds) in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to the client's written consent.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for additional filming days, travel outside the Australia Sydney metropolitan area, or any third-party licensing fees beyond those itemised above. Any such additional work will be quoted separately in writing.
- All work is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Small Claims Court in Australia Sydney.
- The Videographer carries professional indemnity insurance of $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of $20,000,000, both valid throughout Australia including all of Australia Sydney.
