- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Videographer services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro.
- Payment Schedule: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of principal photography; 20% upon final delivery of all edited assets and raw footage.
- Weather Contingency: Given the tropical climate of Rio de Janeiro, one (1) rain-day reschedule is included at no additional cost. Additional rescheduling days will be billed at the daily Videographer rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
- Permits & Regulations: All filming permits, ANAC drone certifications, and municipal authorizations required by Brazilian law for Videographer operations in Rio de Janeiro are included in this estimate. The client agrees to provide any additional documentation required by local authorities.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final deliverables and raw footage become the exclusive property of the client. Lumen Visual Productions retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Revisions: This Quotation Estimate includes three (3) rounds of post-production revisions. Additional revision cycles will be charged at R$ 800.00 per round.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro.
