This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Lumina Visual Productions Ltda. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with professional Videographer services to be delivered within the metropolitan region of Brazil São Paulo. This document serves as a binding proposal for the scope of videographic work, equipment usage, post-production deliverables, and all associated logistical arrangements. The Videographer team engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate in full compliance with Brazilian labor regulations, municipal filming permits, and all applicable intellectual property laws governing the State of São Paulo.
The Videographer engagement outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following professional services, all to be executed in and around Brazil São Paulo:
- Pre-Production Planning: On-site location scouting within São Paulo districts (including but not limited to Avenida Paulista, Ibirapuera Park, Pinheiros, and the historic Centro district). Development of shot lists, storyboards, and scheduling coordination with the client’s project team.
- Principal Videography: Full-day coverage (up to 10 hours per shooting day) by a senior Videographer operator, a dedicated camera assistant, and a production sound technician. Equipment includes dual 4K cinema cameras, professional lighting kits, and wireless audio systems.
- Drone Aerial Footage: Licensed aerial Videographer operations using FAA-equivalent ANAC-certified drones, subject to municipal authorization from the São Paulo city hall and DECEA airspace clearance.
- Post-Production & Editing: Color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics integration, and final delivery in formats suitable for broadcast, digital streaming, and social media platforms. All editing will be performed at our São Paulo post-production facility.
- Deliverables: One (1) master video file (up to 15 minutes), three (3) social media cuts (30 seconds each), and a full-resolution raw footage archive delivered via secure cloud transfer.

As stipulated in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 40% (R$ 29,616.00) due upon acceptance of this proposal to secure the Videographer team’s schedule; a second installment of 40% (R$ 29,616.00) due upon completion of principal photography; and a final balance of 20% (R$ 14,808.00) due upon client approval of the final edited deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1% per month plus a 2% penalty, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the Videographer services described herein. Any changes to the scope of work, additional shooting days, or modifications to the deliverable specifications must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties. The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting outdoor filming in Brazil São Paulo, municipal curfews, or public safety emergencies. All raw footage and intermediate files shall be retained by Lumina Visual Productions for a period of ninety (90) days post-delivery, after which they will be permanently deleted unless a separate archival agreement is executed.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for talent/actors, set construction, or third-party music licensing. Should the client require any of these additional services, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued separately. All filming locations within Brazil São Paulo are subject to prior municipal authorization, and the Videographer team will handle all permit applications at no additional cost to the client.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, pricing, and scope of Videographer services as outlined for execution in Brazil São Paulo. This document, once countersigned, serves as the formal contract governing the professional relationship between the parties.
