This Quotation Estimate is issued by Andina Visual Productions S.A.S. to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for professional Videographer services to be delivered within the city of Colombia Bogotá and its surrounding metropolitan areas. The Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, after which pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions, equipment availability, and currency fluctuations within Colombia.
Our Videographer team will be responsible for the complete visual documentation of the client's event, project, or corporate initiative. The services encompassed in this Quotation Estimate include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pre-Production Planning: On-site location scouting in Colombia Bogotá (including but not limited to the Zona Rosa, Chapinero, Usaquén, and La Candelaria districts), shot-list development, storyboard creation, and coordination with the client's event management team.
- Principal Videography: Coverage by a lead Videographer and one (1) assistant operator using 4K UHD cinema cameras (Sony FX6 / Canon C70), professional lens packages, and stabilized gimbal rigs for dynamic movement shots.
- Aerial Videography: Drone operation (DJI Inspire 3) for establishing shots of the Colombia Bogotá skyline and event venues, subject to Aeronáutica Civil Colombia flight authorization.
- Audio Capture: Dedicated sound engineer with wireless lavalier microphones, shotgun boom, and portable recorder for high-fidelity audio documentation.

* USD conversion is indicative at an exchange rate of 4,000 COP/USD. Final invoicing will be in Colombian Pesos (COP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Videographer crew will be on location no later than 07:00 AM on the agreed production date. All equipment will be transported via a dedicated production vehicle within the Colombia Bogotá metropolitan area. Should the client require coverage at a venue outside the central districts (e.g., Chía, Cajicá, or Zipaquirá), additional transportation and travel surcharges will apply and must be confirmed prior to the Quotation Estimate acceptance. The Videographer team will adhere to all local regulations, noise ordinances, and venue-specific restrictions applicable in Bogotá, Colombia.
- 50% Advance Payment: Due upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to secure the Videographer team and equipment reservation.
- 50% Balance: Due within ten (10) business days following delivery of the final edited video and raw footage archive.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Andina Visual Productions S.A.S. (Banco de Bogotá, Account No. [XXXX-XXXX-XXXX], NIT 901.234.567-8). A formal Colombian electronic invoice (Factura Electrónica) will be issued in compliance with DIAN regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties.
- All footage, raw and edited, becomes the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- The Videographer reserves the right to use up to two (2) ten-second clips for portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- Weather-related delays or force majeure events in Colombia Bogotá (e.g., heavy rainfall, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures) will be addressed through mutual rescheduling without penalty.
- Any additional hours, locations, or deliverables beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the Videographer's standard hourly rate of COP 450,000 per hour per operator.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bogotá, D.C.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Colombia Bogotá and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein. The Quotation Estimate shall become effective upon the receipt of the 50% advance payment.
