This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kinshasa Visual Media Productions SARL to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional Videographer services to be delivered within the city of Kinshasa, DR Congo. This document serves as a formal proposal outlining the scope of work, equipment specifications, personnel requirements, and associated costs for the requested video production engagement. The Videographer team will operate exclusively within the DR Congo Kinshasa metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Videographer engagement covers the following deliverables and activities, all to be executed in Kinshasa, DR Congo:

Pre-production planning and location scouting within Kinshasa, DR Congo (Gombe, Lemba, Matete, Limete, and surrounding communes)
Professional video recording using 4K cinema-grade cameras for a minimum of three (3) full production days
On-site audio capture using wireless lavalier and shotgun microphones
Drone aerial footage capture over designated locations in DR Congo Kinshasa (subject to ANAC regulatory approval)
Post-production editing, color grading, and sound mixing
Delivery of final edited video in 4K and 1080p formats (MP4 and ProRes)
Two (2) rounds of client revisions included in the Quotation Estimate

The Videographer team will be mobilized in Kinshasa, DR Congo for a total production window of ten (10) calendar days, broken down as follows: two (2) days for pre-production and location scouting, three (3) days of principal photography, one (1) day of buffer/weather contingency, and four (4) days dedicated to post-production editing and client review. All filming will take place within the DR Congo Kinshasa urban and peri-urban zones. The Videographer will coordinate with the client's local representative in Kinshasa to confirm daily call times and shooting locations at least 48 hours in advance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to exchange rate fluctuations between the US Dollar and the Congolese Franc (CDF) in DR Congo Kinshasa.
Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and 50% balance due upon delivery of the final edited video. Payments shall be made in US Dollars via bank transfer to the company account in Kinshasa, DR Congo.
The Videographer and production crew are responsible for all equipment insurance and professional liability coverage during the engagement in DR Congo Kinshasa.
Client is responsible for securing any additional location access, talent/subject availability, and third-party permissions not covered in this Quotation Estimate.
All raw footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to use up to 30 seconds of footage for portfolio and promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is executed.
Force majeure: Delays caused by civil unrest, power outages, flooding, or government-imposed restrictions in DR Congo Kinshasa will not be considered a breach of contract. The production schedule will be adjusted accordingly at no additional cost.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa, DR Congo.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in DR Congo Kinshasa and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The production will commence within five (5) business days of receiving the 50% advance payment.
