4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates for Videographer services in France Lyon.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and the remaining 20% upon final delivery of the edited video.
- All payments are to be made in Euros (EUR) via bank transfer to the account of Lyon Visual Productions SARL, France Lyon.
- The Videographer team shall carry full professional liability insurance covering all equipment and personnel during the production period in France Lyon.
- Any additional filming days, extended post-production work, or scope changes beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rates of €1,800 per additional filming day and €250 per hour for extended editing.
