All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR). The 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Videographer services may be subject to revision based on equipment availability, crew scheduling, and market conditions in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
3.2 Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer team's schedule. The remaining 50% balance is due within seven (7) business days of final deliverable acceptance. Payments may be made via bank transfer to our account with Al Rajhi Bank, Jeddah branch.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days will incur a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the shoot date are non-refundable.
3.4 Revisions: The post-production package includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revision requests beyond the included rounds will be billed at SAR 500 per hour of the Videographer editor's time.
3.5 Permits and Compliance: The client is responsible for obtaining any location-specific filming permits required by the municipality of Jeddah or relevant government entities. Our Videographer team will assist in preparing all necessary documentation. Drone operations are subject to prior approval from the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in Saudi Arabia.
3.6 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all final edited deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. Al-Nakheel Media Productions retains the right to display the work in its professional portfolio and showreel, unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
3.8 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Saudi Arabia Jeddah and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the quoted rates and scope of work.
