The following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a senior Videographer and supporting crew for a multi-day production project scheduled to take place across various locations in Spain Barcelona, including but not limited to the Gothic Quarter, Barceloneta waterfront, Montjuïc Park, and the Eixample district. The Videographer will be responsible for all aspects of on-site video capture, including but not limited to: multi-camera recording in 4K UHD resolution, aerial drone cinematography (subject to AENA and local Spain Barcelona municipal permits), audio capture using lapel and boom microphones, and on-set lighting direction. Post-production services including colour grading, sound mixing, and final delivery in multiple formats are also included within this Quotation Estimate.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Videographer engagement in Spain Barcelona may be subject to revision due to market conditions, crew availability, or changes in municipal permit fees.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount (€6,882.48) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer and crew dates. The remaining 60% (€10,323.72) is payable within fourteen (14) business days of final delivery of all video assets.
- Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Barcelona Visual Media Productions S.L. (IBAN: ES21 0081 5240 3100 0123 4567). Invoices will be issued in accordance with Spanish tax regulations (Ley 58/2003 – Ley del IVA).
- Location Access: The client is responsible for securing any private property access, building permits, or third-party consents required for filming in Spain Barcelona. Our Videographer team will assist in the application process for public space filming permits with the Barcelona City Council (Ajuntament de Barcelona) at no additional cost beyond the fees listed in item 10.
- Drone Operations: All aerial filming by our Videographer drone operator will be conducted in strict compliance with EASA regulations and AENA airspace restrictions applicable to the Spain Barcelona metropolitan area. The client must provide a minimum of ten (10) business days' notice for any drone flight requests.
- Revisions: The post-production phase includes two (2) rounds of client review and revision. Additional revision cycles will be billed at €350.00 per hour for the Videographer and editing team.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final payment, all rights to the finished video deliverables shall transfer to the client. Barcelona Visual Media Productions S.L. retains the right to include excerpts in its professional portfolio and showreel, subject to prior written consent from the client.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather affecting Spain Barcelona operations, civil unrest, government-mandated closures, or pandemics. In such cases, this Quotation Estimate shall be renegotiated in good faith.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
- Cancellation: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled filming date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will result in a 50% charge of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours will incur a 100% charge.
