- 50% advance payment (LKR 1,191,800) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to confirm the Videographer team and equipment booking.
- 30% milestone payment (LKR 715,080) due upon completion of principal photography in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- 20% final payment (LKR 476,720) due upon delivery and client approval of the final edited video files.
- All payments to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided in the accompanying invoice. Cheques payable to Lankavision Media Productions (Pvt) Ltd.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in equipment rental rates, crew availability, or Sri Lanka Colombo location permit fees.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule filming dates in the event of adverse weather conditions, government-mandated closures, or force majeure events affecting Sri Lanka Colombo.
- All raw footage and intermediate project files remain the intellectual property of Lankavision Media Productions until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights to the delivered final files.
- Any additional filming days, extra locations beyond the three specified, or scope changes requested by the client will be billed at the daily rates stated in this Quotation Estimate and require written approval prior to execution.
- Drone operations in Sri Lanka Colombo are subject to prior approval from the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL). Permit fees, if applicable, are included in line item 9. Delays in permit approval may affect the production schedule.
- The Videographer crew will adhere to all local regulations, noise ordinances, and venue-specific rules applicable within Sri Lanka Colombo during the filming period.
- Two (2) rounds of revisions are included in the post-production phase. Additional revision rounds will be charged at LKR 25,000 per round.
