This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nile Visual Media Productions, a registered professional Videographer and full-service video production company operating out of Sudan Khartoum. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the videography services requested by the client. All pricing, deliverables, timelines, and conditions outlined in this Quotation Estimate are specific to the project scope discussed during our initial consultation on 2 June 2025 in our Sudan Khartoum studio. This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, after which rates may be subject to revision due to equipment rental costs, crew availability, or fluctuating local market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
As a dedicated Videographer based in Sudan Khartoum, our team will deliver the following services for the client's project. The scope encompasses pre-production planning, on-location filming, post-production editing, and final delivery of all video assets. Our Videographer team is experienced in capturing corporate events, documentary-style narratives, promotional content, and ceremonial recordings within the Sudan Khartoum region and its environs.

Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Videographer team will commence pre-production within five (5) business days. Filming is scheduled over three (3) consecutive days in Sudan Khartoum, with the exact dates to be confirmed in writing by both parties. Post-production and final delivery of all edited materials will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days following the last day of filming. Any expedited delivery requests will be subject to an additional surcharge as discussed separately.
- This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer for the Videographer services described herein and is valid only for the project location of Sudan Khartoum as specified. Relocation of filming to other regions of Sudan will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (USD 3,634.00) is due upon signing this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer team's schedule. The remaining 50% (USD 3,634.00) is due within seven (7) days of final delivery of all video assets.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account details provided by Al-Nile Visual Media Productions, Sudan Khartoum. Alternative payment methods may be discussed at the client's request.
- The Videographer retains the right to use up to three (3) still frames and a ten-second clip from the project for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless a strict non-disclosure agreement is executed prior to filming.
- Any changes to the scope of work, additional filming days, or extended post-production requirements beyond the terms stated in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the Videographer's standard hourly rate of USD 175.00 per hour, subject to prior written approval.
- Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to severe weather, civil unrest, or government-mandated shutdowns in Sudan Khartoum), the Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule filming without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan and adjudicated in the courts of Khartoum.
- Intellectual property of the final delivered video content transfers to the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains ownership of all raw footage and intermediate project files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
