This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for Helvetia Corporate Events GmbH to cover the full scope of Videographer services required for the upcoming annual corporate gala and product launch event to be held in Switzerland Zurich. The following Videographer services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the event scheduled in Switzerland Zurich:
- Pre-Production: On-site location scouting at the Kongresshaus Zurich, creative storyboard development, shot list planning, and coordination with the event production team. Two (2) pre-production meetings will be conducted in Zurich.
- Event-Day Coverage: Full-day Videographer coverage (10:00 – 22:00 CET) including ceremony, keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking sessions, and the evening gala dinner. Two (2) senior Videographer operators will be on-site with dual-camera setups.
- Drone Footage: Aerial cinematography of the Zurich lakefront and city skyline, subject to Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) drone permit approval. Permit fees are included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Post-Production: Professional editing, colour grading, sound mixing, motion graphics lower-thirds, and delivery of a 12-minute highlight film plus a 45-minute full-event recording in 4K UHD resolution.
- Deliverables: Master file (ProRes 422 HQ), H.264 MP4 (4K and 1080p), social media cuts (9:16 and 1:1), and a 30-second teaser reel. All files delivered via secure cloud transfer within 14 business days.

All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of work in Switzerland Zurich may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 60% balance due within 14 days of final deliverable handover. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Alpine Lens Productions AG, UBS Zurich, IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7890 12345.
- The Videographer team reserves the right to reschedule in the event of force majeure (severe weather, venue closure, or civil authority restrictions in Switzerland Zurich). In such cases, a revised schedule will be agreed upon in writing.
- All raw footage and intermediate files remain the property of Alpine Lens Productions AG. The client receives full commercial usage rights to the final edited deliverables as specified in Section 2.
- Any additional shooting days, extended post-production revisions (beyond two rounds), or extra deliverable formats will be billed at the rates stated in this Quotation Estimate or as mutually agreed in a supplementary agreement.
- Liability is limited to the total value of this Quotation Estimate. The Videographer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Switzerland Zurich.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Switzerland Zurich and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
