The following Quotation Estimate covers a full-service Videographer engagement. Our lead Videographer will be supported by a dedicated crew of camera operators, a sound engineer, a production assistant, and a post-production editor. All filming will take place at locations within Thailand Bangkok as specified in the approved shooting schedule. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for the Videographer services and equipment rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Thailand Bangkok.
Payment terms: 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Videographer crew and equipment booking. The remaining 50% balance is due within seven (7) business days of final video delivery.
All filming locations within Thailand Bangkok must be confirmed in writing at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled shoot date. Any last-minute location changes may incur additional permit or travel costs, which will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
The Videographer team operates on a standard ten (10) hour workday. Overtime beyond ten hours will be billed at 1.5x the daily rate. Overtime beyond twelve hours will be billed at 2x the daily rate.
Weather-related delays: In the event of monsoon-season weather disruptions common in Thailand Bangkok, the Videographer crew will reschedule affected shooting days at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Client is responsible for providing all talent, props, and client-specific materials. The Videographer team will provide all technical equipment, lighting, and audio gear as listed in this Quotation Estimate.
Final edited video will be delivered in MP4 (H.265) and ProRes 422 formats. A minimum of three (3) revision rounds are included. Additional revisions will be quoted separately.
All raw footage and final deliverables remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Videographer retains the right to use select behind-the-scenes stills for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This Quotation Estimate does not include catering, accommodation for the Videographer crew (if multi-day out-of-Bangkok travel is required), or any third-party licensing fees for music, stock footage, or archival material.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and resolved in the courts of Thailand Bangkok.

Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services to be performed in Thailand Bangkok. The undersigned authorizes Siam Visual Productions Co., Ltd. to proceed with the production as described herein.
