1. Introduction & Scope of Work

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Bosphorus Visual Media Ltd. in response to the formal request submitted by Mr. James Whitfield for professional Videographer services to be delivered in Turkey Istanbul during the period of 22–25 August 2025. The scope of work encompasses full-day videography coverage for a corporate gala dinner and a destination wedding celebration, both of which will take place at premium venues in the Bebek and Kadıköy districts of Turkey Istanbul. Our lead Videographer, along with a two-person support crew, will be responsible for capturing cinematic footage, conducting post-production editing, and delivering a final edited film package within twenty-one (21) business days of the final shoot date.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is quoted in Euros (EUR) for the convenience of the client. The final invoice will be issued in Turkish Lira (TRY) at the central bank exchange rate on the date of invoicing, or in EUR if the client prefers international wire transfer. All prices are inclusive of the Videographer's professional insurance and liability coverage valid throughout Turkey Istanbul.

3. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect current market rates for Videographer services in Turkey Istanbul.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% (€7,497.60) is required to confirm the booking and secure the Videographer's schedule. The remaining 60% balance is due within fourteen (14) days of final film delivery.
Payment may be made via international bank wire transfer (SWIFT) to the account of Bosphorus Visual Media Ltd., or by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) with a 3% processing surcharge.
The Videographer and crew will arrive at each venue no later than 90 minutes before the scheduled start time. Overtime beyond the contracted hours will be billed at €120.00 per hour per crew member.
All raw footage and edited masters are the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Bosphorus Visual Media Ltd. retains the right to use up to 60 seconds of footage for its own portfolio and marketing purposes, subject to prior written approval from the client.
In the event of force majeure (severe weather, government-mandated closure, or civil unrest in Turkey Istanbul), the Videographer will reschedule the affected day at no additional cost, provided the new date falls within 90 days of the original.
This Quotation Estimate does not include third-party venue fees, model releases, music licensing for commercial distribution, or travel to locations outside the Istanbul metropolitan area.
All drone operations will comply with the Turkish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations and the specific no-fly-zone restrictions applicable to Turkey Istanbul. The Videographer holds a valid T.C. drone operator license.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul.

4. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Videographer services in Turkey Istanbul. Upon acceptance, this document shall serve as a binding agreement between both parties.
