This Quotation Estimate is issued by PixelCraft Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered digital agency operating out of India Bangalore, to Sunrise Retail Ventures LLP. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a dedicated Web Designer to conceptualize, design, and deliver a responsive e-commerce website for the client's retail brand. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for Web Designer services in the India Bangalore technology corridor as of June 2025.

The following deliverables are covered under this Quotation Estimate for the Web Designer engagement in India Bangalore:

• Discovery & Research (Week 1–2): The assigned Web Designer will conduct stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis of at least five peer e-commerce platforms, and user persona development. A detailed design brief and sitemap will be delivered as a PDF document.
• Wireframing & Information Architecture (Week 3–4): Low-fidelity wireframes for a minimum of 12 unique page templates (Home, Category, Product Detail, Cart, Checkout, Account, Blog, Contact, About, FAQ, Shipping Policy, 404) will be produced using Figma. Two rounds of revision are included.
• UI/UX Design & Visual Identity (Week 5–7): High-fidelity mockups, a complete color palette, typography system, iconography set, and micro-interaction specifications. The Web Designer will ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance throughout the design system.
• Responsive Design Adaptation (Week 8): All page templates will be adapted for desktop (1920px), tablet (768px), and mobile (375px) breakpoints. The Web Designer will prepare a design handoff package including annotated Figma files, CSS variables, and asset exports.
• Development Support & QA (Week 9–10): The Web Designer will collaborate with the front-end development team, conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing, and address any design-related bugs. A final design sign-off report will be issued.
• Post-Launch Support (Week 11–12): Two weeks of post-launch design support, including minor visual adjustments, A/B test variant designs, and a documented handover session for the client's in-house team in Bangalore.

* The above Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days. Rates are inclusive of the Web Designer's professional expertise, design tool licensing (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud), and standard communication channels. Travel expenses for on-site meetings within the Bangalore metropolitan area are included. Any travel outside the 50 km radius of Indiranagar, Bangalore will be billed at actual cost.

• Advance Payment: 30% of the Grand Total (INR 2,88,510) due within 5 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Milestone Payment 1: 25% (INR 2,40,425) due upon approval of high-fidelity UI/UX designs (end of Week 7).
• Milestone Payment 2: 25% (INR 2,40,425) due upon completion of responsive design adaptation and QA sign-off (end of Week 10).
• Final Payment: 20% (INR 1,92,340) due upon completion of post-launch support and final handover (end of Week 12).
• All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account of PixelCraft Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Indiranagar Branch, Bangalore, India. Invoices will be raised with valid GSTIN as per Indian tax regulations.

• This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed copy or email confirmation.
• The Web Designer engagement is limited to the scope described in Section 2. Any additional pages, features, or design iterations beyond the included revisions will be quoted separately at INR 8,000 per additional template or INR 5,000 per additional revision round.
• Intellectual property of all final design deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of the final payment. Source files (Figma, Adobe XD) will be shared via a secure cloud link.
• The Web Designer and PixelCraft Digital Solutions shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, brand assets, and business information in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection laws of India.
• Either party may terminate this engagement with 15 days' written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination as per the milestone schedule in this Quotation Estimate.
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or widespread internet outages in the Bangalore region, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
