This Quotation Estimate is provided in good faith and represents our best professional assessment of the resources, expertise, and time required to complete the project as described below. All pricing is quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and includes applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 16% as mandated by the Kenya Revenue Authority.

Our Web Designer team will deliver the following services as part of this engagement. Each deliverable has been scoped to meet the specific requirements of a mid-sized retail enterprise operating in Kenya Nairobi:

• Discovery & Strategy Workshop: A two-day on-site consultation at your Nairobi office to define brand identity, target audience, competitor analysis, and functional requirements for the new website.
• UI/UX Design: Creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for a minimum of 15 unique page templates, including homepage, product listing, product detail, cart, checkout, and customer account pages.
• Front-End Development: Responsive, mobile-first development using modern HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks, ensuring optimal performance across devices commonly used in the Kenyan market.
• Back-End Development & CMS Integration: Custom WordPress or Laravel-based content management system with admin dashboard, user role management, and API integrations for M-Pesa payment gateway and local logistics partners.
• E-Commerce Functionality: Full shopping cart, order management, inventory tracking, and integration with local payment processors including M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and card payments via Paystack or Flutterwave.
• SEO & Performance Optimisation: On-page SEO configuration, meta data structuring, image optimisation, and Core Web Vitals compliance to ensure strong search visibility within the Kenya Nairobi digital ecosystem.
• Content Migration & Population: Transfer of existing product data, images, and text content from your current platform to the new website.
• Quality Assurance & Testing: Cross-browser, cross-device, and security testing including SSL certificate installation and vulnerability scanning.
• Deployment & Training: Production deployment on a Kenyan-hosted server (e.g., SokoHost or Cloudways Nairobi region) and a four-hour training session for your internal team.
• Post-Launch Support: Ninety (90) days of complimentary bug-fixing and minor adjustments following go-live.

* All amounts are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). This Quotation Estimate assumes the project scope remains as defined. Any additional features or changes requested after approval will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by our Web Designer project manager.

The estimated total project duration from kickoff to go-live is 14 to 16 weeks, commencing upon receipt of the initial payment and signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A detailed Gantt chart with weekly milestones will be provided during the Discovery Workshop. Our Web Designer team operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM East Africa Time (EAT), with availability for weekend support during critical deployment phases.

• 30% Advance Payment (KES 471,540): Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and project initiation.
• 40% Milestone Payment (KES 628,720): Due upon completion of UI/UX design approval and commencement of development.
• 20% Pre-Launch Payment (KES 314,360): Due upon successful QA testing and before production deployment.
• 10% Final Payment (KES 157,180): Due upon go-live and handover of all source files, credentials, and documentation.

Payments may be made via bank transfer to our Mombasa Bank account (Account No. 0123-456789-001, Branch: Westlands, Nairobi) or via M-Pesa Business Pay to Till No. 884521. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Kenyan tax regulations.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on resource availability and market conditions in Kenya Nairobi.
2. All intellectual property rights to the final website design, code, and content transfer to the client upon full and final payment. Our Web Designer team retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
3. The client agrees to provide all necessary content, branding assets, and access credentials within five (5) business days of each milestone deadline. Delays in client-side deliverables will extend the project timeline proportionally.
4. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of domain name registration, annual hosting fees, third-party software licences, or ongoing marketing services. These will be quoted separately if required.
5. Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally agreed deliverables will require a formal change order and a revised Quotation Estimate signed by both parties.
6. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
7. Our Web Designer team shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, trade secrets, and business information in compliance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
