This Quotation Estimate is issued by DigitalCraft Yangon Co., Ltd. to provide Golden Lotus Trading Co., Ltd. with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of a professional Web Designer to develop, design, and deploy a fully responsive corporate website. This document serves as a formal proposal for services to be delivered within the Yangon metropolitan area, Myanmar, and outlines all deliverables, timelines, and financial commitments. The Web Designer assigned to this project will work exclusively out of our Yangon office and will conduct all client meetings, design reviews, and on-site consultations within the Yangon region to ensure seamless communication and cultural alignment with the client's business objectives.
2. Scope of Work – Web Designer ServicesThe following services will be performed by our senior Web Designer team based in Yangon, Myanmar:
- Discovery & Consultation: Initial meetings at the client's premises in Yangon to understand brand identity, target audience, and business goals. Includes competitor analysis of local Myanmar market players.
- Wireframing & UX Design: Creation of low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for a minimum of 12 unique page templates, including homepage, product catalog, about us, contact, and blog sections.
- UI/Visual Design: Full visual design incorporating the client's brand palette, typography, and imagery. All designs will be culturally appropriate for the Myanmar market and optimized for mobile-first browsing, which is the dominant access method in Yangon.
- Front-End Development: Responsive HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript development ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal loading speeds on Myanmar's internet infrastructure.
- Back-End Integration: CMS setup (WordPress or custom), database configuration, and integration with local payment gateways such as KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay.
- SEO & Localization: On-page SEO optimization, bilingual content support (English and Burmese/Myanmar language), and Google Business Profile setup for Yangon-based search visibility.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Comprehensive cross-device testing, accessibility audit, and performance benchmarking.
- Deployment & Training: Server setup on a Myanmar-based or regional hosting provider, domain configuration, and a 4-hour on-site training session for the client's IT staff in Yangon.

* All amounts are quoted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). The total is equivalent to approximately USD 5,510 at the reference exchange rate of 5,050 MMK per 1 USD. Final USD conversion will be based on the Central Bank of Myanmar rate on the date of invoice issuance.
4. Project TimelineThe total estimated project duration is 14 weeks (approximately 3.5 months) from the date of contract signing. The Web Designer team will operate on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Myanmar Time) and will provide weekly progress reports to the client. All milestone reviews will be conducted at the client's office in Yangon or at our DigitalCraft Yangon studio in Kamayut Township.
5. Payment Terms- Advance Payment (40%): MMK 11,130,000 – Due upon signing of the service agreement and issuance of this Quotation Estimate acceptance.
- Milestone Payment (30%): MMK 8,347,500 – Due upon completion and client approval of the UI/Visual Design phase (Week 6).
- Final Payment (30%): MMK 8,347,500 – Due upon successful deployment, completion of training, and handover of all source files.
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer to DigitalCraft Yangon Co., Ltd. at KBZ Bank, Yangon Main Branch, Account No. 00123456789, or via Wave Money to +95 9 795 123 456.
- A 2% late payment penalty will apply to any invoice not settled within 14 calendar days of the due date, in accordance with Myanmar commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to changes in material costs, exchange rates, or resource availability in the Yangon market.
- The Web Designer services described herein are exclusive to the client named in this document and may not be transferred or assigned to a third party without written consent.
- All intellectual property rights to the final website design, code, and assets shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their portfolio with the client's written permission.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the originally agreed deliverables will be subject to a separate change-order Quotation Estimate and additional charges.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Yangon, and if unresolved, through the Yangon District Court.
- The Web Designer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all client data, business strategies, and proprietary information encountered during the project, in compliance with Myanmar's data protection regulations.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or internet infrastructure failures common in the Yangon region, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
