This Quotation Estimate is issued by Digital Craft Web Solutions Ltd., a registered technology firm operating from Uganda Kampala, to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the engagement of our professional Web Designer team for the design, development, and deployment of a fully responsive corporate website with e-commerce capabilities. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section at the end of this document. All pricing is quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated, and this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for Web Designer services in the Uganda Kampala metropolitan area as of June 2025.

Our senior Web Designer and supporting development team will deliver the following services as part of this project engagement in Uganda Kampala:

• Discovery & Strategy Workshop: A two-day on-site consultation at the client's office in Ntinda, Uganda Kampala, to define brand identity, target audience, content architecture, and functional requirements for the new website.
• UI/UX Design: Creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for a minimum of 12 unique page templates, including homepage, product listing, product detail, cart, checkout, about, contact, blog, and admin dashboard pages.
• Front-End Development: Responsive HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript implementation ensuring full compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, with a minimum Lighthouse performance score of 90.
• Back-End Development: Server-side architecture using PHP/Laravel or Node.js, database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and RESTful API integration for the e-commerce module.
• E-Commerce Integration: Setup of product catalogue management, shopping cart, payment gateway integration (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard via Flutterwave or Paystack), and order management system.
• Content Management System (CMS): Installation and customization of a CMS to allow the client's staff to update content without requiring technical Web Designer assistance.
• SEO Foundation: On-page search engine optimization including meta tags, structured data, sitemap generation, and Google Search Console setup.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Cross-browser testing, security audit, load testing, and accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Deployment & Training: Server configuration, SSL certificate installation, DNS setup, and a four-hour training session for the client's administrative team in Uganda Kampala.
• Post-Launch Support: Three (3) months of complimentary bug-fixing and minor content adjustments following the go-live date.

Grand Total in words: Forty-Six Million, Four Hundred and Ninety-Two Thousand Ugandan Shillings only.

• Milestone 1 (30% – UGX 13,947,600): Due upon signing of this Quotation Estimate and project commencement. Covers discovery, design, and initial development phases.
• Milestone 2 (40% – UGX 18,596,800): Due upon completion of front-end and back-end development, prior to e-commerce integration. Payable after client sign-off on the staging environment.
• Milestone 3 (30% – UGX 13,947,600): Due upon successful deployment, training completion, and handover of all source code and documentation.

Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Stanbic Bank Uganda, Account Name: Digital Craft Web Solutions Ltd., Account No. 010-456-789-001, Branch: Kampala Road, Uganda Kampala.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in resource availability or market conditions in the Uganda Kampala technology sector.
• The Web Designer team reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional revision cycles will be billed at UGX 500,000 per day.
• All intellectual property rights to the final website code, design assets, and documentation shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
• The client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, product data) within the timelines specified in the project schedule. Delays in content provision will extend the project timeline accordingly.
• Hosting, domain registration, and third-party service subscriptions (e.g., email services, analytics tools) are not included in this Quotation Estimate and shall be procured separately by the client. Our Web Designer team will provide recommendations for hosting providers available in Uganda Kampala and the region.
• Any force majeure events, including but not limited to internet infrastructure outages in Uganda Kampala, government-mandated shutdowns, or natural disasters, shall pause the project timeline without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Web Designer services and agrees to the terms, scope, and pricing outlined herein. This signature converts this Quotation Estimate into a binding service agreement between the parties.
