Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing material and labor costs in Israel Jerusalem.
Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of 50% of the Welder work scope; 20% upon final inspection sign-off and project handover. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
Work Schedule: The Welder team will operate Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 16:00, in accordance with standard working hours in Israel Jerusalem. Overtime work, if required, will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the client.
Site Access & Safety: The client shall provide safe access to the work area, adequate ventilation, and compliance with all Israeli Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA-equivalent) regulations. Our Welder personnel will adhere to all site-specific safety protocols.
Warranty: All Welder work is covered by a twelve (12) month warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of final acceptance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be documented via a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be assessed prior to commencement of the revised work.
Insurance: Jerusalem Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. maintains comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Israeli law. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Israel Jerusalem.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all technical drawings, specifications, and commercial terms disclosed during the course of this Welder engagement.
