1. Scope of Work — Welder Services in Israel Tel Aviv
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Shalom Welding & Fabrication Ltd. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the deployment of certified Welder personnel and associated welding services at the client's construction site located in Israel Tel Aviv. The scope encompasses all structural steel welding, stainless-steel pipe fabrication, and general metal joining operations required for the completion of Phase II of the Mediteran Commercial Tower project. All Welder personnel assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid Israeli welding certifications (SII – Standards Institution of Israel) and comply with the Occupational Safety and Health regulations enforced by the Ministry of Health in Israel Tel Aviv.
The Welder team will operate in accordance with the project schedule agreed upon by both parties. Work hours will follow the standard Israeli working week (Sunday through Thursday, 07:00–16:00), with overtime available at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate. All welding operations will be conducted in full compliance with local Tel Aviv municipal bylaws regarding noise, fume extraction, and hot-work permits.

3. Payment Terms
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three equal installments: 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the second month of Welder deployment, and the remaining 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off of all welding work in Israel Tel Aviv. All payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the account of Shalom Welding & Fabrication Ltd. in New Shekels (ILS). Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Interest Law.
4. Terms & Conditions
This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. All rates are quoted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes in Israel Tel Aviv unless otherwise stated. The Welder personnel assigned to this project are employees of Shalom Welding & Fabrication Ltd. and are not to be considered agents or representatives of the client. Any change in scope, additional Welder days, or extended project duration in Israel Tel Aviv will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued in writing. The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, adequate ventilation, and all necessary site permits. Shalom Welding & Fabrication Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate if the client fails to confirm within the validity period.
Important Note: All Welder personnel operating under this Quotation Estimate in Israel Tel Aviv will undergo a mandatory site safety induction prior to commencing work. The Welder team will adhere to all SII (Standards Institution of Israel) welding codes, including SII 1250 for structural steel and SII 1251 for pressure piping. Any discrepancies between this Quotation Estimate and the final contract shall be resolved in favor of the signed contract document.5. Acceptance & Authorization
