This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Welding & Fabrication Ltd to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified professional Welder to be deployed at the Port of Auckland site in Wiri, New Zealand Auckland. The Welder will be responsible for structural steel fabrication, pipe welding, and general maintenance welding tasks in accordance with AS/NZS 1554.1 and AS/NZS 1554.2 welding standards. All work will be conducted within the Auckland metropolitan area and will comply with the New Zealand Building Code, local Auckland Council bylaws, and all applicable occupational health and safety regulations enforced by WorkSafe New Zealand.

- 3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Welder services and associated materials may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in New Zealand Auckland.
- 3.2 All rates quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the Welder's labour, standard tools, and on-site supervision. Rates are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current New Zealand rate of 15%.
- 3.3 The professional Welder assigned to this project in New Zealand Auckland will hold a current AS/NZS 1554.1 Level 3 certification and a valid New Zealand working visa or residency. All Welder personnel will carry valid medical certificates and site-specific induction clearances prior to commencing work.
- 3.4 Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% payable within fourteen (14) days of project completion and final sign-off by the client's site engineer at the Auckland location.
- 3.5 Any variation in scope, additional welding hours, or extended project duration beyond the eight (8) weeks stated in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written variation order and additional Quotation Estimate amendment.
- 3.6 Apex Welding & Fabrication Ltd shall maintain full public liability insurance of no less than NZD 20,000,000 and workers' compensation insurance as required by New Zealand law for all Welder personnel operating in Auckland.
- 3.7 All welding work performed in New Zealand Auckland under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the New Zealand Building Code (MBC), AS/NZS 1554.1, AS/NZS 1554.2, and all relevant Auckland Council resource consent conditions.
- 3.8 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or signed Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Welder services in New Zealand Auckland and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This signature authorises Apex Welding & Fabrication Ltd to proceed with the mobilisation of the Welder team and associated equipment to the designated Auckland site.
