1. Scope of Work – Welder Services in Nigeria Lagos
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Lagos Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. to provide a comprehensive breakdown of costs associated with the deployment of a certified Welder and associated fabrication services for the structural steel and metalwork project located in Victoria Island, Nigeria Lagos. The Welder assigned to this engagement holds a valid Nigerian Welding Society (NWS) certification and possesses over twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in structural welding, pipe welding, and heavy fabrication within the Nigeria Lagos industrial corridor.
The scope of work encompasses all welding operations required for the erection of steel frameworks, fabrication of metal gates, reinforcement of existing structural members, and repair of corroded piping systems as specified in the client's project drawings. All work shall be carried out in strict compliance with Nigerian Building and Road Works Corporation (NABRDC) standards and applicable safety regulations enforced by the Nigeria Lagos State Ministry of Works.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Welder services in Nigeria Lagos:
3.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Welder labour and materials in Nigeria Lagos.
3.2 – Payment terms: 40% mobilisation advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 75% of the welding scope, and 20% upon final inspection and handover. All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account designated by Lagos Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd.
3.3 – The assigned Welder shall report to the project site in Nigeria Lagos no later than 07:00 hours daily. Working hours shall be Monday to Saturday, 07:00 to 17:00, with a one-hour break. Overtime beyond these hours shall be billed at 1.5 times the standard daily rate.
3.4 – All welding work shall be performed in accordance with AWS D1.1 and Nigerian Industrial Standards. The Welder shall provide a Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) record prior to commencing work.
3.5 – The client shall provide a safe and accessible work environment at the Nigeria Lagos site. Any delays caused by client-side factors (permit issues, material unavailability, access restrictions) shall extend the project timeline without additional cost to the client, but the Welder's daily rate shall continue to accrue.
3.6 – A warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all weld joints. Any defect arising from workmanship within this warranty period shall be rectified at no additional cost by the original Welder team.
4. Additional Notes
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions in Nigeria Lagos. Should the project require welding at heights exceeding 6 metres, underwater welding, or work in confined spaces, a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued to reflect the additional safety measures, specialised equipment, and premium labour rates required. All prices are exclusive of any government levies or permits that may be imposed by the Nigeria Lagos State Government or local authorities during the project period.
5. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Welder services described herein, to be executed in Nigeria Lagos under the terms and conditions stated above.
