This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Madina Welding & Fabrication Services for the provision of a certified and experienced Welder to carry out structural, pipe, and general fabrication welding tasks at the client's designated site within Pakistan Karachi. The Welder assigned to this project shall hold a valid Pakistan Welding Council (PWC) certification at a minimum of 3G/4G position qualification for both SMAW (Stick) and GMAW (MIG) processes. All work will be performed in accordance with the project drawings, technical specifications, and safety protocols mandated for industrial sites in Pakistan Karachi.

The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Welder services in Pakistan Karachi:

  • Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised due to fluctuating costs of welding consumables and labor in Pakistan Karachi.
  • Payment Terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 50% of the welding scope, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection sign-off and submission of the complete weld documentation package.
  • Warranty: All welds performed by our certified Welder carry a six-month defect liability period from the date of final acceptance. Any porosity, lack of fusion, or undercut detected within this period shall be repaired at no additional cost.
  • Working Hours: The Welder shall work 9 hours per day, 6 days per week, in accordance with the Sindh Industrial Relations Act and standard practices in Pakistan Karachi. Overtime beyond 9 hours will be billed at 1.5x the daily rate.
  • Safety Compliance: All welding operations in Pakistan Karachi shall strictly adhere to the Pakistan Occupational Safety and Health (POSHO) regulations. The Welder will be provided with full PPE including welding helmet, leather gloves, safety boots, and respiratory protection.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by monsoon flooding, load-shedding, or government-mandated shutdowns common in Pakistan Karachi during the summer months.

The Welder deployed under this Quotation Estimate will be a minimum of 5-year experienced professional, certified by the Pakistan Welding Council (PWC) and cross-recognized by the American Welding Society (AWS). The welding methodology will follow a pre-approved Weld Procedure Specification (WPS) covering SMAW (E7018, 3G/4G), GMAW (ER70S-6, 1G/2G/3G), and GTAW (TIG, 6GR) processes. Pre-weld preparation will include beveling, cleaning, and fit-up inspection. Post-weld, each joint will undergo Visual Testing (VT) and, where specified, Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT) or Radiographic Testing (RT) to ensure structural integrity.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Welder services described herein, to be executed at the project site in Pakistan Karachi. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
