The Welder unit specified in this Quotation Estimate is a multi-process inverter welder (MMA, MIG/MAG, and TIG capable) with a rated output of 400A, suitable for structural steel fabrication, pipeline welding, and heavy-duty maintenance tasks. The Welder equipment and operators will be stationed at the client's designated worksite in Singapore Singapore and will operate in accordance with the Safety in Industry Act (SIA) and all relevant regulations enforced by the Ministry of Manpower and the Workplace Safety and Health Department of Singapore Singapore.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the pricing for the Welder equipment and services may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first 45-day milestone, and 20% upon final handover and acceptance of the Welder work at the Singapore Singapore site.
- All Welder operators deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid work permits issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore Singapore and shall comply with all local employment and safety regulations.
- The Welder unit supplied shall carry a manufacturer's warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of commissioning at the Singapore Singapore project site.
- Any variation in scope of work beyond the parameters stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Precision Welding Solutions Pte. Ltd.

- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) located in Singapore Singapore.
