Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial payment, our Welder team will mobilize to your site in Tanzania Dar es Salaam within five (5) working days. The total estimated duration for completion of all welding and fabrication tasks is thirty (30) calendar days, subject to weather conditions and site accessibility. A detailed Gantt chart and weekly progress schedule will be provided upon contract signing.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision after the validity period due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the Tanzania Dar es Salaam market.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance, 40% upon completion of 70% of the welding scope, and 20% upon final inspection and handover of the Welder unit and documentation.
- All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to our designated account at CRDB Bank, Tanzania Dar es Salaam branch.
- The Welder equipment supplied under this estimate carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Consumables are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Our Welder personnel are fully insured under the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and carry valid occupational health and safety certifications as required by the Tanzania Occupational Safety and Health Act.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate supplement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap. 20 of the Laws of Tanzania.
