This Quotation Estimate is issued by Kampala Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. to provide comprehensive Welder services for the client's structural steel fabrication and repair project located in Uganda Kampala. The scope encompasses all welding, cutting, grinding, and post-weld finishing activities required to complete the structural framework for the client's new warehouse facility. Our certified Welder team will operate in full compliance with the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) safety standards and the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) of Uganda.
The Welder personnel assigned to this project hold valid certifications from the Uganda Welding Institute and are experienced in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and SMAW welding processes. All work will be conducted at the client's designated site in the Wakiso Industrial Zone, Kampala, with a projected duration of six (6) working weeks commencing from the date of contract acceptance.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, fuel prices, or exchange rates applicable in Uganda Kampala.
- All Welder personnel shall be provided with full PPE including welding helmets, leather gloves, safety boots, and respiratory protection in accordance with Uganda's Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2006.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of structural frame assembly, and 30% upon final inspection and handover. All payments shall be made in Uganda Shillings via bank transfer to the provider's account at Stanbic Bank, Kampala Branch.
- The Welder team shall adhere to the project schedule. Delays caused by the client (e.g., site access restrictions, material non-availability) shall be excluded from the provider's liability.
- All welding work shall be guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in weld quality arising from workmanship shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- The provider shall obtain all necessary permits and notifications from the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) and the Uganda National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) prior to commencing work in Uganda Kampala.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2000 of Uganda.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Welder services in Uganda Kampala and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate the provider to commence work until a formal contract is executed.
