Basecamp Notification in Chrome with OffiDocs

Display notification from Basecamp: - Only new events since the first login.

- Click on the notification to open new tab redirected to Basecamp links.

- Using the first account form Basecamp account.

- 5 seconds update interval.

- Check now button if you dont want to wait.

Usage: - Click on the browser action icon -> Login -> Allow the App to access Basecamp.
