VxTwitter URL in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Converts twitter.com URLs to VXTwitter URLS when copying them.

Usage:
* Share -> Copy Link on a tweet will automatically convert the link to vxtwitter.

Extra features -
* Ctrl + C will convert the current clipboard's twitter/x url to vxtwitter.
* Ctrl + Q will do the same but add || to the beginning and end (for discord spoiler)
