Generate direct links to specific pages in PDFs

This Extension creates a popup where you can enter the number of the page of the PDF you want a direct link to, and then creates the link and lets you copy it directly from the popup.

Please note the number you must enter is the real page number, i.e, including cover page, index, etc.
