To Use the Features you must have a subscription. After you have created your subscription, refresh the YouTube Home page if you were on it already so extension refreshes with your account.
After that upload and start clicking! Change the full page to have your Thumbnail if you want! Each click executes one change to a random video, the more times you click the more videos will change. Sometimes it will "change" a video it has already changed so some clicks might feel like they haven't done anything, that is because it is set to change a random video to recreate the feel of your own Thumbnail being displayed on YouTube!
The benefit is that you get to use your own home page and YouTube profile so you can get a feel of how it will actually look.
