Translucent pale yellowish green.Fragment of hemispherical body and bottom.Finely-engraved decoration comprises at least three bands, separated by two, probably horizontal grooves: on bottom, a circular medallion with an antlered stag facing right, flanked to either side by short, vertical cuts; a band with eight-rayed stars [or rosettes] (of which parts of four survive), enclosed in a continuous wavy line; the outer band on the upper side of the body is more elaborate comprising part of a circular medallion with the forelegs of an animal and, to its right, a lozenge filled with a geometric pattern (including stylized palmettes) and flanked between the corners with smaller circular medallions each containing an eight-rayed star. Broken; pinprick bubbles; dulling, pitting, and traces of iridescent weathering.
