Oh, to just cloud canoe

among the Heavens above

what joyous fun.

Oh, to just cloud canoe

through the fluff and puff

of that wonderful white stuff.

To stand or to sit with wonderful wit,

and glide the oar through the clouds,

so happy, loved, and proud,

then drift ever so carefree

through this cloudy river sea

among God's Heaven,

if ever to truly see his love

and to know he loves us all.

For my cloud canoe is my ark,

and I must embark to find my Lord,

even though I no longer live,

I still feel alive through him.

And so like Little Hiawatha,

the farther I go the more I know.

To me that is a sentimental journey

through a cloudy river of bliss,

and just like gentle sweet kisses

from Angels all around

no worries of that cloudy river

ever finding nearby Earthly ground.

Lazy river it may seem

to those who travel this cloudy dream,

yet only when time ends

and we must make amends,

but through white or gray,

or black of storm,

God will protect you

through any harm.

The clouds, the clouds,

Canoe the clouds,

The clouds, the clouds,

through mounds and mounds.

Travel ever so lightly

and ever so brightly,

for the sun will shine you the path

in which to push the oar,

for St. Peter and Jesus

will be at the cloudy end

at the gates and open door.
