Scans of the CD, case inserts, included advertisements, and a survey card for Deadlock: Planetary Conquest. Scanned at 1200dpi 48-bit RAW, with calibrated ICC profile embedded in scans. No additional color correction was performed.

Some notes:
* The TEN advert is printed on paperboard that's about as thick as a CD.
* The Earthlink advert is one-sided, the other side is just white.
* Same for the case cover, there's nothing on the other side.
* All of the brownish/tannish areas on the disc scan are the reflective parts (you can kind of tell based on the rainbow pattern but it doesn't hurt to be extra clear \ud83d\ude42)
* The game also came with two huge (~100 pages each) manuals, hopefully at some point I'll scan them as well.

Scanner used: Epson Perfection 4990 PHOTO
