La Cenerentola (Cinderella) by Gioacchino Rossini (1792-1868). Mario Rossi (1902-1992) conducting the Symphony Orchestra and Chorus of Torino della Radio-televisione Italiana (chorus conducted by Bruno Erminero) with Giulietta Simionato (1910-2010), Cesare Valletti (1922-2000), Ornella Rovero, Miti Truccato Pace and Saturno Meletti. Recorded (presumably in Turin) in 1950 by the Italian label Cetra (1933-1957). Reissued by Everest as the 2-LP set S-432/2 in the 1970's. Transfer by Bob Varney.
