HTML for Basecamp in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

We started working on Basecamp and I needed to add some basic formatting to the text of the tasks and found it almost imposible with the current editor.

When I found you could paste form another source some html formatted content I decided to venture myself into making a little extension to allow html insertion directly.
