Better BAILII in Chrome with OffiDocs

This extension makes the websites of case law on BAILII and the National Archives more readable and easily navigable.

It allows users to find and search paragraph numbers to aid navigation, and improves the setting of judgments in accordance with the rules of typography, to make them legible and pretty.

It adds justification, makes use of text-figures, and fiddles with a few margins.
