These files contain recorded information about HTTP traffic performed by web pages.
A HAR log can be created by Chrome, Firebug.
HAR (HTTP Archive) files can be generated by most browsers and contain a log of HTTP requests and responses, they can also contain body content.
Excellent for debugging HTTP sessions.
