Morpheon Dark Address Bar Fork in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

I've been using Morpheon Dark for years, but unfortunately due to an update to either the theme or Google Chrome the address bar has changed colors to my windows theme.

This extension is a fork of Morpheon Dark that sets the address bar back to white.

Sets `omnibox_background` to white.
