Jira assign to reporter in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Adds 'Assign to reporter' button to Jira tickets.

If Reporter and Assignee are the same or Reporter is current user, then button will not be added (Assign To Me will make it's job).

Users of Jira on other than English languages will have button in English
