Elegant Brit in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

This is a theme designed to match the "Elegant Brit" family of GTK/Gnome themes.

It also happens to goes well with Google Plus, as Google is using roughly the same colors and design.

Screenshot 1 - represents roughly what the theme looks like in Gnome (Linux/Unix) with Elegant Brit installed and "system title bars and borders" turned on.

It has a gtk app there for reference.

Screenshot 2 - represents roughly what the theme looks like with non-native borders, like you might do in Windows.

Also I'm using a modified (compact) metafilter theme, which I may eventually offer.

I have limited vertical screenspace, and my titlefont is 0pt.

2.2 - Widened and flattened (fighting the shadows, mannn) the rusty-bar.

Used elegant brit menu-text color for bookmark text.

Fixed incognito mode.

Smallified graphics.

Cleanups.

Rewrote description for "windows is fine.

" This version is probably the final, unless the chrome spec changes.

I'm pretty satisfied with it.

2.1 - Added a bit of rust color between toolbar and frame.

Tell me if this misaligns for anyone and I'll do a version revert.
