A tool to be a more efficient presiding officer using the Tabroom website.
Allows users to do the following
- Obtain preset and seating recency from Tabroom
- Copy the recency and the reverse of it
- Randomize the recency
It is useful for presiding officers in congressional debate to easily get the recency when rounds are going on
