In memory of my long time friend, retired Chief Warrant Officer-4 Lester Belmont Tucker, born 22 February 1921 and passed on 15 June 2014. He dedicated his retirement to writing a book on the many changes in United States Navy uniform regulations on seaman and petty officer specialty marks and changes in rank marks. Our friend John A. Stacey has Chief Tucker's manuscript. He is missed by many who looked to him for answers to questions about navy regs. John A.
