This is a copy of an image produced to celebrate the inauguration of Warren G. Harding and Calvin Coolidge in 1921, titled "Nation's Choice", with the catch phrases "America First" and "Law and Order." It was produced by Harry Lickner and first digitized by the U.S. Library of Congress here: https://www.loc.gov/pictures/item/2016649181/. Sometime between November, 2017 and April, 2018, the LOC, probably as a result of political pressure, disabled its links to larger file sizes of the image, which has an obvious resonance with contemporary U.S. politics.
