During an episode of "The Morton Downey Jr show," The Host ruthlessly attacked his guest, Uncle Bob Pagani from Q100, knocking him backwards out his chair, giving him a concussion. Pagani was carried out on a stretcher in a neckbrace. He sued Mort for punitive damages of $100 million.
The incident took place at the State Theater in Easton PA, December 1989. The footage is also shared in the Morton Downey Jr Documentary, "Evocateur". This photo was taken after they had settled their differences with Bob's nurses standing by.
