He was born and raise in the Kanto Region, up in Celadon city. He was raised in a good home, but even then he was a juvenile delinquent, causing pranks and stuff that always get him caught, by the time he was ten he got his first Pokemon which was a Hondour {Which is the only way to get one in Gen 2 and its Remake which is Bullshit, BTW}, And thus he was able to get around the Region. Along the way he made a small amount of friends; Misuzu, Kenta and Chigusa. They had some fun misadventure ti'll thinks with him and Kenta got serious. So He left them, thinking nothing of them. Misuzu is the only one that comes and visit because of a good shipping he have going on.

One Night, after hearing all the bad and ugly things of His city's game corner, he firebombed the place, which lead him on the run and to Mewtwo. And this point he had his main three Pokemon and figure he could take this Pokemon on....boy did that fail. Mewtwo wipes the floor with him, though his personality intrigues him. He was handed the Mega Spark by mewtwo and use is it to turn Mewtwo in his Mega X form. Satisfied with the outcome, Mewtwo aligned for a partnership with him, so he threw a Duskbull in his face and was able to catch him.
Now, he was found by Looker and was able to have him sent to Kalos, for hiding under the most Powerful Kingpin of all Kanto and Johto. He was also given the later Mega Stones for his other three by Locke, Looker's new partner. Looker put him under a school program of Acadimea Poke to lay low....Hopefuly
