Artwork of American serial killer and rapist, John Wayne Gacy, who sexually assaulted, tortured and murdered at least 33 teenage boys and young men between 1972 and 1978.A reacquiring theme in his work would be of Pogo the Clown, a character
he made up and would dress up as at fundraising events, parades and
children's parties. He would later be known as the "Killer Clown"
because of this.
Gacy was sentenced to death on the 13th of March 1980 for 12 killings. He would spend 14 years on death row before he was executed by lethal injection at Stateville Correctional Center on the 10t of May 1994.
A lot of his art was recolours of old work he did.
