This was one of a set of pictures that the late Hugh Fox gave me. These men were highly influential in the small press, and ran small lit magazines, and presses. Curtis Johnson, who published December magazine-- published the early stories of Raymond Carver. Fox was a founding member of COSMEP, a national organization of the small press, Harry Smith ran a small press for years based in NYC, and later Maine....
