Not a lot but here are a few screenshots of the Super Granny 5 beta version. I noticed a few differences from the final version, such as:
the arrow and mouse graphics are reused from Super Granny 4
the ladders in the Basement are beige instead of purple
the ladders in the Garden are beige instead of red
the top of the lava is wavy and animated instead of flat
These are screenshots taken from the Super Granny 5 trailer video from Sandlot Games. I am not sure if a Focus Test version was ever released for Super Granny 5 and I have never seen a download on the web either, though I did find an discussion about this game's announcement & Beta Testing.

The New Screenshots post was created on November 21, 2009, almost exactly 6 months before the game's release. There are many pages on the thread but they were never archived. It's a shame that the images posted there are not available as I would have loved to spot more differences between the beta and the final.
