Setup Tips:
After installing, go to any Wikipedia page (example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janus) and change the settings to your liking. Personal preference is huge when it comes to tweaking the settings to make sure it's not annoying. To prevent that from happening, Janus also might not return any words to translate on a page.
