ARJJ: Auto Rename JFIF to JPG in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Automatically rename downloaded '.jpg_**' or '.jfif' files to '.jpg'.

This extension is designed to resolve the following issues:
・Downloaded image files cannot be opened
・Renaming files using batch scripts is inconvenien

The following extensions have been tested:
・.jpg_small
・.jpg_medium
・.jpg_large
・.jpg_orig
・.jfif

Conflicts may occur if multiple extensions attempt to process the same files, potentially resulting in errors.
If this happens, it is likely due to compatibility issues. Please temporarily disable other extensions and try again.
