Training a new generation of Aerospace Engineers who are not only technically proficient but also culturally attuned to Peruvian needs is imperative. By fostering an environment that encourages experimentation and collaboration, Lima can transform from a consumer of aerospace technology into a producer and innovator within the Latin American market.
